Training is mandatory. You must understand how an Island Bedding & Furniture® Store works and is successfully run. You and your key manager will receive comprehensive training at our training center. Training costs are included in your initial license fee. |

When you purchase your license rights, you are granted access to our exclusive, proven systems of operation. We were the first to offer a retail mattress license opportunity because we perfected the systems that allow for success. You use your skills of implementation to execute these systems. |

The typical time between being awarded a license and opening your store is 60 days. However, we work with you to meet the deadlines you'd like to achieve. |

That depends on the size of your market and anticipated growth. You generally need a manager and some production workers. In our system, your salespeople build each and every mattress they sell. |
